SHTELA
BAND
SHTELA was a Sarajevo-based punk-rock-grunge band active from 2002 to 2004. They performed at pop-rock festivals and club gigs (such as Sloga). The lineup featured Dino (vocals, guitar), Haris (drums), Miki (lead guitar), and Teo (bass). Their music carried a raw sound and energy that captured the spirit of the vibrant punk-rock underground scene of the time. The audience remembers them for songs like “Sanjam” (Dreaming), “Kad život dosadi” (When Life Gets Boring), “To mi radi mala” (Do It to Me, Babe), and “Ne znam kamo” (I Don’t Know Where). SHTELA remains a part of Sarajevo’s early 2000s rock story, marked by distinctive passion and authentic live performances.
